ATM EXCHANGE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the extension performance of an ATM exchange by selecting freely a port of a self routing switch and interconnecting the self routing switch and an exchange control section with a couple of adaptors. SOLUTION: A channel control section 10 and an exchange control section 20 are interconnected by a couple of adaptors 14a, 15a. Then the exchange control section 20 has an adaptor means 30 connected via the adaptor 14a. Signal processing means 42, 43, 44 using plural cells are connected to the adaptor means 30.
