<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and the toner therefor satisfying both low-temp. fixability and hot preservability and ensuring a fixing temp. range. SOLUTION: In a fixing device in which a toner image T is heat-fixed by passing between two rolls 1, 2, the thickness of the roll 1 brought into contact with a toner image supporting face S is <=1.0mm and an image forming method in which surface pressure (load on the rolls/contact area) applied between the rolls 1, 2 is <=1.5×10<5> Pa is adopted. A toner contg. a resin compsn. consisting of two kinds of polyester resins (A), (B) and contg. a discontinuous phase formed by the resin A in the resin B is used.</p> |
