<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forcep, in which the generation of static charge is limited to prevent damage to an object while securing an adequate suction channel. SOLUTION: A suction adapter 50 includes a suction chip 54 fitted integrally with an attraction plate 58 of a heat-resistant, chemical-resistant plastic material that collects less static charge. The suction chip 54, together with a suction pipe 52, is formed by injection molding of another plastic material. The suction adapter 50 includes a flat, longitudinal channel 56, and a buried cylindrical channel 57 with an opening communicating with a suction port 53 in the suction chip 54.</p> |
