SUBSTANCE: the offered device is provided with heat member, whose body is mounted on device bracket concentrically to spring installed on bracket axle and built-in bracket with one end, and with the other end, built in fork carrying hydrodynamic attachments having wedge-shaped cavities and communicated by common channel, and roller rolling over the blank surface.
