FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: reagent consists of 99.980-99.995 wt % of fraction 130-220 C produced as distillate from polymerizate when producing petroleum-polymer resins via thermal polymerization of liquid products of hydrocarbon material pyrolysis, and another component (to 100%) being either still residuum from distillation of liquid products of pyrolysis with initial boiling point higher than 220 C, or oxidized bitumen, or exhausted engine fuel. EFFECT: increased inhibiting capability of reagent and simultaneously widened and cheapened its assortment.
