PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the radio terminal equipment to easily reply an incoming call from a trunk line or the like when the radio terminal equipment is set to a conference speech state. SOLUTION: When a call comes to an office line trunk 13 in this system, an exchange 1 allows a control terminal equipment 2 to reply the call. Then the exchange connects the control terminal equipment 2 or the office line trunk 13 to a conference trunk 15 upon a connection request from the control terminal equipment 2 so as to subscribe the control terminal equipment 2 or the office line trunk 13 to the conference speech and to designate a desired connection opposite party. When a called party making a conference speech depresses a specific button based on the designation, it is recognized by the exchange 1, which controls a time switch 10 so as to set a channel between the control terminal equipment 2 and the office line trunk 13.
