PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the setting of limit values simple by outputting a control signal when the sum of respective clockwise turning angles of an arm and a bucket from their reference positions reaches the total value of a right contact position and when the sum of respective anticlockwise turning angles thereof reaches the total value of a left contact position. SOLUTION: When the sumΘR+θR of a clockwise turning angleΘR of an arm 5 from an extendion axis O of an extendable boom and a clockwise oscillating angleθR of a bucket 7 from an extendion axis P of the arm 5 reachesΘRO+θRO at a right contact position of the bucket 7 and when the sumΘL+θL of an anticlockwise turning angleΘL of the arm 5 from a reference position 0 and an anticlockwise turning angleθL of the bucket 7 from a reference position P reaches the sum concernedΘLO+θLO at a left contact position of the bucket 7, an operation signal is output to automatically stop turning the arm 5 and oscillating the bucket 7, which reduces the number of setting limit values and makes the device a simple constitution.
