SUBSTANCE: fabrication of the casing and cover, formation of electrodes by plasma spraying of metallic layer onto the fabric of activated carbon fibre and notch, subsequent welding of electrodes to the casing and cover, formation of an inert separator and assembly; in the process of fabrication of electrodes before plasma spraying the fabric of activated carbon fibre is annealed in vacuum at a temperature of 700 to 1050 deg. C for 1300 to 4200 seconds, and the casing and cover with welded electrodes are subjected vacuum annealing at a temperature of 250 to 600 deg. C for 1800 to 4200 seconds. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. |
