SUBSTANCE: mechanism has housing where nut is rotatably mounted, screw engageable with nut mounted for axial displacement and kinematic chain which consists of two pairs of gear wheels connecting screw with nut. Wheel fitted on screw has number of teeth equal to Z+1 and wheel engageable with it and fitted on shaft has "Z" teeth; next wheel fitted on shaft has Z-1 teeth and wheel engageable with it and fitted on nut has "Z" teeth.
