FIELD: fuel refinement. SUBSTANCE: ash-rich solid fuel, e.g. pyroshale is dried and heated with solid heat carrier in reactor to produce steam-gas mixture and coke-ash residue. The latter with solid phase is loaded into hearth to be burned with formation of suspension of solids in gas. Solid phase is isolated and returned into hearth and reactor, whereupon ash is separated. Prior to be loaded into hearth, solid phase is cooled in heat exchanger to 600-250 C. Smoke fumes are withdrawn from suspension in gas, cooled, and returned into drying process. Installation contains consecutively disposed drier 1, separator 2 to separate drying agent, thermal decomposition reactor 3, hearth 4, first separator 5 to separate solid phase, solid phase discharge unit of which is connected to upper part of reactor, and second separator 6 to separate solid phase, gas phase outlet of which is connected to drier. Installation additionally contains heat exchanger 8, whose inlet is connected with solid phase discharge unit of any separator to separate solid phase and its outlet is linked to lower part of hearth. EFFECT: increased chemical and heat efficiency of process and reduced release of noxious components. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
