FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: end seal contains rubber ring and U-shaped collar which are located between parts to be sealed. Lateral parallel walls of collar overlap the ring which presses them to parts. Center portion of collar made in form of outer portion of torus is flexible. Collar is engageable with parts by means of end circular projections passed in starting chamfers of parts. EFFECT: increased service life of joint; enhanced reliability; reduced force applied to flywheel. |
