PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute a bounce-photographing action by simple operation by changing the light emission timing of a flash light emission and irradiation means in a bounce-irradiation state and controlling the light emitting action thereof. SOLUTION: When a stroboscopic unit 58 is turned in an upper direction and inclined upward, it is detected by releasing the pressing state of a bounce- state detection button 59 that the unit 58 is set in a bounce-irradiation state. When a bounce-irradiating action that an object is irradiated with stroboscopic light after the stroboscopic light is reflected on a substance other than the object is executed, an excellent photographed result (photographic print or the like) is obtained by deciding the light emission timing of a stroboscope by considering the aperture diameter of a sector shutter and controlling the light emitting action of the unit 58 based on the decided light emission timing. |
