摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the transmission system of compression data with less noise, low power consumption and fast response by controlling a period for decoding processing in response to the frequency of selection of a coding signal. SOLUTION: In the case of selecting and using a prescribed coding signal among plural coding signals received from a CCU section 1 via a transmission line 12, a control section 9 of a head section 2 detects a signal from an operation section 10 to activate a decoding section 7. Then in response to the frequency of selection of the coding signal to be selected, the period for decoding processing of the decoding section 7 is controlled. Thus, when the decoded signal is used with a high frequency of use, the decoding section 7 is operated continuously and when the decoded signal is used with a low frequency or not in use for a prescribed time consecutively, the operation of the decoding section 7 is stopped. Thus, the transmission system of compression data is realized with low power consumption, fast response and less noise production.</p>
