PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the impact strength, heat resistance, molding fluidity and appearance of the manufactured resin composition with excellent extrusion stability and productivity. SOLUTION: This biaxial extruder molds a polyphenylene ether resin molding containing a rubber modified styrene resin, polyphenylene ether end a liquid-like polymer additive at 100 deg.C. In this case, the ratio (L/D) of the screw length (L) to the inner diameter (D) of the cylinder of the extruder is 20 to 50. The extruder has two or more supply openings of a main feeding opening and a side feeding opening having different distances from the end of the extruder, and kneading parts having a length of 3D to 10D between the plurality of supply openings and to the ends. |
