PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that can provide an improved auditory feeling by preventing it from beating tone. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire, in which transverse grooves 3 extending in the cross direction of the tire are arranged on its tread surface 1 at predetermined intervals along the circumferential direction T of the tire while the intervals have three different kinds of lengths divided by the transverse grooves 3 and are arranged periodically, when three frequency ratios constituting consonance are f1 , f2 , f3 with f1 <f2 <f3 and f3≈2f2 -f1 , the relation of the total number N of the intervals to a frequency (m) meets the equation f3 /f2 -f1 /f2≈2m/N. |
