<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an operation for the change or the like of an artificial root of a tooth smoothly, properly and easily by keeping proper osseo-integration for initially acquiring an in-jawbone implanted part buried in a jawbone, and preventing contagion. SOLUTION: A prosthetic appliance support 4 is jointed to the in-jawbone implanted part 2 of a leg via a neck mucosa penetration part 3 as integral part of the part 4 by means of a crown setscrew 15, so as to integrate the implanted part 2 and the support 4 with each other, and an axial groove 7 is formed on the side of the in-jawbone implanted part 2. Also, an anti-rotation structure having hexagonal cross section is formed on the lower part of the coupling part 10 of the mucosa penetration part 3. Furthermore, a bearing structure is formed on the upper part of the anti-rotation structure. According to this construction, an operation to bury an artificial root of a tooth in a jawbone can be easily done, and the artificial root of the tooth can be easily handled. Osseo-integration can also be easily acquired and, once acquired, is not lost, due to the application of occlusal pressure or the like at a clinical process.</p> |
