<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning precision of a central shaft of a plunger and a seal. SOLUTION: A sheet 10 is sandwiched between a pump body 1b into which a plunger 3 is inserted and a pump head 1a in which a seal 8 is press fit, the pump head 1a and the pump body 1b are positioned in accordance with a fitting state of the plunger 3 and the seal 8 precision of which is strictly secured, and they are temporarily fastened by a screw 11. Additionally, though assembling is carried out by firmly tightening the screw 11, the sheet 10 is maintained in a once decided positional relation as friction is large, and it is compressed and deformed in accordance with fastening strength of the screw 11. Consequently, even when a tolerance of an outline dimension of the pump head 1a, etc., is loosened, positional precision of the plunger 3 and the seal 8 is secured.</p> |
