<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a product having uniform quality by calculating a velocity correcting value of a cooling device in order based on the calculated average wt. and the average temp. of metallic tubes and inputting a velocity control means of the cooling device. SOLUTION: The velocity correcting value Va on a cooling area is inferred with a fuzzy treatment means 15 based on the average wt. (ma ) and the average temp. (ta ) of plural metallic tubes 1 as the objects symultaneously shifted in the cooling device 2, and added as the corrected value of the velocity reference V2 to the velocity control means 3 of the cooling device. Thus in the case these metallic tubes mix in the cooling area for rolling the metallic tubes having different lengths and diameters, or even in the case of numbers of the cooling tubes existing in the cooling area changes, the quality of the product carried out from the cooling device 2 can be uniformized.</p> |
