PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water level in a bathtub from being lowered without discharging water which has been used to clean a microorganism filter tank. SOLUTION: This device comprises a suction pipe 14 constituting a circulation circuit, feed pipe 17, microorganism filtering means 19, a cleaning circuit 23 for cleaning the microorganism filtering means 19, physical filtering tank 28, and a delivery pipe 27, to which the tank 28 is connected, and cleaning water which has been used to clean the tank 19 is regenerated in the tank 28, without discharging it, to return it to a bathtub 10.
