A wagon comprises a pair of containers 2, 3 mounted end to end on a chassis 1, each container being tiltable towards the other, to effect discharge about a fulcrum 5 by hydraulic jack means 6, the fulcrums being disposed between the central transverse plane of the chassis and the jack means and movable lengthwise of the chassis during tilting, a strut 7 being pivoted between each container and the chassis. A pair of jacks is provided for each container and the struts 7 are disposed in the central longitudinal plane of the chassis and containers. If desired there may be only one jack for each container, disposed in the central longitudinal plane thereof. |
