SUBSTANCE: the given method includes peritonization of skeletonized lesser curvature of stomach, fixation of posterior surface of omentum minus to separating element which in its turn is fastened to anterior abdominal wall. Dura matter is used as a separating element. EFFECT: method enables to exclude abdominal reinnervation and relapse of duodenal ulcer.
