FIELD: proportioning feed of powder material to sprayers for surface coating. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has vertically oriented reservoir with base in form of truncated cone and cover, and tube installed inside the reservoir with its inlet provided at the base of reservoir and outlet in the upper part of the tube connected by pipeline with device outlet, porous partition located in top of truncated cone, the second tube installed inside the first one passing through partition so that its lower hole is communicated via pipeline and regulator with source of gas under pressure. Source of gas under pressure is communicated via the second regulator and pipeline with gas supply inlet located at the base of reservoir under partition. Device has means for regulation of intensity of powder supply, for which purpose, the partition and gas feed inlet are sectional. Internal section of gas feed inlet is connected via the third regulator and pipelines with compressed gas source. EFFECT: p provision of regulation of powder feed intensity, filtration of powder in course of operation, regulation of feed in change of powder type, and improved supply of powder to zone of fluidization. |
