A plastic or metal sump insert (1) concreted into a wet room floor includes a central internally threaded pillar (2). The sump water collecting member (3) rests on a flange seated on the surrounding floor surface, and has a raised portion (4) in the centre of a sloping helical channel which discharges to a drain pipe (7) and trap. The drain member (3) is centrally screwed (5) to the pillar (2) together with a camming disc which has a sloping top surface. The convex circular grating (6) has a cylindrical extension incorporating a mating sloped surface which fits over the central raised portion (3) of the drain member (3). |
