PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use customer questionnaire investigation results at the time of subsequent transaction by displaying questions and executing customer questionnaire investigation while an automatic transaction device requests the confirmation of transaction realiza tion and registering the results in customer information files for respective customers. SOLUTION: The customer information file 6 connected to a server 4 is used as the backup of the customer information file 5 connected to a host 3, and it accumulates individual information for the respective customers. The input display part of the automatic transaction device 1 displays a guide image and an input key. The questions of customer questionnaire investigation are displayed on the display screen of the automatic transaction device 1 to execute customer questionnaire investigation during waiting time of a customer who requests the recognition of transaction realization to the host computer by the automatic transaction device 1 through a communication controller 2. The investigated results are registered in the customer information files 5 and 6 for the respective customers. Thus, the transaction screen can be controlled for the respective customers at the time of subsequent transaction.
