LASER MARKING METHOD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking method capable of simply and easily applying laser marking having excellent corrosion resistance with less deterioration in identification to an objective member and a device therefor. SOLUTION: The laser marking device 10 irradiates the surface of the objective member 12 with a laser beam LB oscillated from a laser device 11 by a laser scanning optical system 13. Only the extreme surface layer of the surface irradiated with the laser of the objective member 12 is heated and melted by the irradiation with the laser beam LB controlled in the conditions for the irradiation with the laser by a laser operation controller 14 and is resolidified. The surface irradiated with the laser is changed in the surface condition from the surface not irradiated with the laser by this resolidification, by which the laser marking is applied on the objective member.
