<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a rotary system by moving a blade forward in such a direction as to cross at right angles with a coaxial cable, with the coaxial cable for equipment wiring being rotated around its axis, and allowing it to cut in the coaxial cable and thereby cutting a coaxial cable constituent element. SOLUTION: A coaxial cable 1 which is preliminarily cut to a specified length is passed through a coaxial cable through hole 6 of a rotary body 7 and the end of the coaxial cable 1 which has been through the rotary body 7 is inserted into a hole 16a of a centering tool 16. With the coaxial cable 1 being centered by the rotary body 7 and the centering tool 16, the rotary body 7 is rotated by a rotation driving means 11 to rotate the coaxilal cable 1 around its axis. Under this condition, a blade is moved by a blade driving mechanism 18 in such a direction as to cross at right angles with the coaxial cable 1 and is allowed to cut in the coaxial cable 1 by the specified amount and cut a specified constitutent element of the coaxial cable 1 in the circumference direction.</p> |
