MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAD FOR GOLF CLUB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a golf head with high strength and high elasticity. SOLUTION: A space 8 is provided between a top mold 6 and a bottom mold 7 to form devided members of a head for golf club. From a material feeding part 10 on the space 8, heated superplastic Al-based quenched alloy is pushed into the space 8 in a way to cause plastic flow to a different direction from the pushing direction to generate a certain extent of strain in the alloy. The thus obtained partial material is combined to other one to constitute a monolithic head.
