FIELD: medicine, therapeutic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: after preparing carious cavity, its medicinal treatment and drying an isolating insert is applied and formed at dentin area to obtain an artificial channel created perpendicular to dentin surface and parallel to dental axis at 2 mm depth. Parapulping pin is introduced into the channel formed. The ratio of pin lengths in the channel and in the filling is considered to be 1:1. Then the constant filling should be applied. EFFECT: higher efficiency of filling fixation. |
