FIELD: technique of deposition of powder material by spraying. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes formation of gas-powder mixture by mixing powder material supplied to the surface of gas-permeable partition and gas supplied to powder under pressure, through partition, transportation of mixture through pipelines to spraying device and addition of gas to mixture. The distinguishing feature of the offered method consists in that gas is supplied discretely to partition, as required, and additional flow of gas is supplied continuously. The device for embodiment of the offered method has means for gas supply control which is installed between outlet of gas source and the first regulator, and made in form of valve. EFFECT: excluded sticking together of powder particles in channels at the moment of operation breaks, avoided special additional blowing with high pressure for channel cleaning and improved quality of coatings. |
