PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high level of sterilization having a sufficient effect for substantially any kind of microorganism by hot-pressing a material to be sterilized before it is sterilized. SOLUTION: An air cylinder 1 is connected to an air compressor 6 though a press-fitting side compressed air pipe line 2 and a return side compressed gas pipe line 3, and a solenoid valve 4 and a pressure regulating valve 5, and is secured to a housing 13 through the intermediary of an arm 12. An upper heater block 7 fixed to the air cylinder 1 and a lower heater block 8 fixed to the housing 13, are an upper heater block adjuster 9 and a lower heater block adjuster 10, respectively so as to carry out power supply and temperature control. The solenoid valve 4 is connected to a timer switch 11 so as to carry out the timing control of the drive of the air cylinder. With this arrangement, a material to be sterilized is pressed and heated by the upper and lower heater blocks 7, 8, and accordingly, it is possible to conveniently sterilize the material to be sterilized, to shorten the heating time, to set a necessary temperature at a low value, and to restrain damage to the material to be sterilized. |
