PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an improvement work of a roof bed, reduce fitting manhour of solar battery modules, and surely perform rain water disposal. SOLUTION: A lattice-like frame body is provided on the beam 28 of the roof 22 of a building 21 or on the pillar of an external wall, solar battery modules 27 are mounted so as to close the lattice opening of the frame body so as to form the surface of the roof 22 or the external wall, and incombustible material or fire resisting material 30 is provided inside them. The frame body is formed with a gutter part guiding water invading between the adjoining solar battery modules 27 so as to continue lattice-likely along the frame body 5. |
