PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a new picture by obtaining information on a size and a color from picture information, deciding the size of picture information added by means of a prescribed arithmetic expression and adding picture information generated in accordance with the size the color. SOLUTION: Objective picture data from FD or HD 10 or ROM 2 is read and it is stored in RAM 3. Size information and color information on the picture are obtained from picture information and size information is applied to a prescribed arithmetic expression. Thus, size on picture information, which is added to picture information stored in RAM 3, is decided. Additional picture information added to stored picture information is generated by means of a color decided in accordance with the decided size and the obtained color. The added picture information is added to stored picture information and new picture information is generated and outputted. Color information at plural places in stored picture information are obtained as the color decided in accordance with the color obtained here, and it is set to be an average color. |
