FIELD: electric heaters of technical and domestic application. SUBSTANCE: flat electric heater includes resistive layer made in the form of net of current conductive and insulation polymer filaments, sealing layer made from glass cloth impregnated with epoxy, epoxy-phenol, phenol or polyester binder which content in layer amounts to 40 to 85 per cent by mass, decorative layer produced from paper or decorative cloth impregnated with thermoplastic or thermoreactive binder with its content between 40 and 60 per cent by mass. Thicknesses of sealing and decorative layers are chosen correspondingly equal to 0.2-15.0 and 0.1-6.2 of resistive layer. EFFECT: development of flat electric heater which surface does not warp in process of long-time usage with low spread of temperatures over surface and high rate of heating to operational temperature. |
