FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of vaccine of avirulent anthrax strain "55-ВНИИВВиМ" and vaccine strain of emphysematous carbuncle 2/14 (emcar). For prophylaxis of these diseases in animals method involves the use of mixed vaccine containing the indicated strains. Vaccine is administrated by subcutaneously at the zone of mean third of cattle neck at age 3-6 months at dose 1.0-1.1 cmand at dose 2.0-2.1 cmto animals of the age above 6 months. Invention is used for simultaneous specific prophylaxis of anthrax and ecmar in agriculture animals. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of vaccine.
