PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation actuator in which an electromechanical conversion element can be protected well such that the surface is not damaged at the time of handling and the electrode is protected against thermal destruction at the time of heating by eliminating the need of soldering work for lead wire. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminals 28a, 29a, 33a, 34a and a ground terminal part 36a are formed on a flexible printed board 21 covering the surface of a resilient body 1 and electromechanical conversation elements 2a, 2b, 2p, 2p'. Each terminal 28a, 29a, 33a, 34a on the flexible printed board 21 is connected with the surface side electrode part 4a, 5b, 6a, 7a of each electromechanical conversion element 2a, 2b, 2p, 2p' respectively, and the ground terminal part 36a is pressed against the resilient body 1 by a pressing means 24 and connected. |
