SOLUTION: When a first normal operation request signal S2 comes to an active level by one shot during a previously set active monitor time, while the second normal operation request signal S4 is kept to be in an inactive level by a normal operation request signal generation circuit K4, a second state transition request signal S5 is generated by a power save request signal generation circuit K7 to be an active state and supplied to a power control logic part B3. At this time the second state transition request signal S5 maintains a specific power saving state during a previously set time and is transited to the power saving state of a different level after then.</p> |
