PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain higher reliability even in the case of expansion without much change from original data. SOLUTION: A correction signal generating section 5b of the converter uses an original signal V0 , an inverse conversion signal VI0 and a permissible error (e) to compare the original signal and n-th data of the inverse conversion signal. When the absolute value of the error is not in excess of the permissible error (e), the n-th data of the correction signal are set to 0, and when the absolute value of the error is in excess of the permissible error (e), the n-th data of the correction signal are replaced with n-th data of the original signal. The correction signal generating section 5b generates correction signals VX0 :VX0 (n) consisting of N-sets of data by conducting the processing above from n=1 to n=N.
