PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a manufacturing process and reduce the number of part items. SOLUTION: An adjusting screw 2, a guide gear 3, and a driving gear 4 are integrally formed. Accordingly, the number of component part items of an adjusting screw unit can be reduced. The driving gear 4 is tightly fastened to a shaft part 24 of the adjusting screw 2, and the guide gear 3 is attached to a shaft part 23 of the adjusting screw 2 therewith. As a result, a manufacturing process is simplified. The adjusting screw 2 and guide gear 3 are integrally formed, so that the number of part items can be reduced and a cutting process of a thin-walled hinge can be omitted. Moreover, if the guide gear 3 and driving gear 4 are integrally formed, the number of part items can be reduced and a manufacturing process can be simplified.
