FIELD: agriculture, in particular, selection of plants for fungoid disease immunity. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivating explants on medium adapted for callusing; obtaining callus cultures; obtaining regenerants from callus cultures; infecting regenerants with phytopathogene inoculum; evaluating regenerants for phytopathogene resistivity; selecting resistant plants and growing to seed progeny production phase, with infecting, evaluating and selection stages being conducted under "in vitro" conditions at regenerant stage beginning from appearance of first leaf. Stable regenerants are transferred from test tubes into vases and grown to obtain seed progeny. EFFECT: reduced labor intensity for producing double culture by decreased number of phytopathogene inoculations, reduced works for planting of phytopathogene-resistant regenerants into vases and accelerated evaluation of regenerants. |
