METHOD OF CREATING CYCLE IN COMBINED TWO-STROKE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE AND INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine is free-piston two-stroke internal combustion engine. Piston unit has one central blow piston and two side working pistons mounted on common rod. Side pistons are arranged in cylinder block forming two combustion chambers and two power cylinders where expansion of combustion products is continued. Gases from power cylinders flow to free turbine where final expansion takes place. Energy of motion of piston unit is converted into energy of pressure of liquid in hydraulic converter and is used partially for driving the piston compressor used for supercharging the engine. Cylinders are provided with additional pistons which are used to control degree of engine compression. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 9 cl, 6 dwg
