SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for increased speed of response of device due to exclusion of interrogation of subscribers not requiring servicing when there is request from one subscriber only WHICH IS HANDLED. This purpose is achieved by insertion into device for priority handling of requester of group of inhibition elements and third OR gate. This group of inhibition elements and third OR gate provide for detection of objects which do not require servicing. EFFECT: increased speed of response of device.
