FIELD: lubricating antifriction materials. SUBSTANCE: inventive novelty of proposed composition resides in fact that it employs, as complex additive, mixture of following components: N,N,N-trimethyl propanamide-2,5-ditrifluoromethyl-3,6-dioxyperfluoropelargonic acid ammonium iodide, 1-monoisobutyrate-2,2,4-trimethylpentanediol, butyl alcohol and copper oleate. Proposed lubricating composition is superior to conventional ones in terms of its antiwear properties by 10-19%; it reduces friction coefficient by 20-30% and corrosive activity by 33-42%. Additive it uses increases efficiency of using lubricating compositions, extends service life and enhances reliability in operation of friction-exposed assemblies of various machines and mechanisms. EFFECT: considerably improved antiwear, antifriction and anticorrosive properties. |
