FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling extraction of ethyl alcohol from mash in beer (beer frantionating) column with transfer of ethyl alcohol and associated impurities to beer distillate with vapors from beer (beer fractionating) column and liquid fractions from condenser of separator of carbon dioxide and alcohol trap; purification of beer distillate from the main and intermediate impurities including components of fusel oil in rectification column with use of hydroselection; rectification of fractionation intermediate product in alcohol column with separation of fractions of fusel oil, fusel alcohol and nonpasteurized alcohol; rectification of fractions of fusel oil and fusel alcohol from alcohol column in fusel column with withdrawal of fusel oil from accumulating sheet steel cylinder. Novelty of the method consists in that ethyl alcohol is additionally rectified in special column, supplied and heated with steam from beer (beer fractionating) column with withdrawal from its condenser of methanol-ether-aldehyde fraction, and also withdrawal of fusel-ethyl-aldehyde-methanol fractions from alcohol trap, condenser of separator of carbon dioxide and condenser of fractionating column operating with supply of hot water to the upper tray which are additionally used to feed fusel column and withdrawal from its condenser is methane-ether-aldehyde fraction, and withdrawal from zone of 28th-36th trays is fraction of propyl alcohols which are used to feed together with fraction from condensate of special and alcohol column, fractional distillation column. Fed to the middle zone of boiling extraction part of the fractional distillation column is hot water and concentrate of propyl alcohol from liquid phase of tray above introduction of hot water and aqueous-alcohol liquid is withdrawn from vat and directed to initial mash. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
