PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handleability of a user with minimum memory capacity by adding priority which gradually becomes lower from the highest priority as going to the periphery of a route. SOLUTION: A stored data selection circuit selects digital data A10 constituted by a road map which the user requires and a road map around it in accordance with the allowance of a memory 7, and stores them in the memory 7. When a present place P1 and a destination P2 are inputted, a system control circuit 23 consideres the road map including a route connecting the two places by a straight line as the road map which the user requires. Here, the highest priority is added to the respective map information and the priority becoming lower as going to the periphery is added to map information on the road map around it. Then, a stored data selection signal C20 is generated and it is transmitted to the stored data selection circuit 21 and a memory control circuit 24. |
