FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to safety means used in mining industry, that is means for dust suppression in various technological processes, for example, at sorting-loading facilities of mines and concentrating mills. Spraying device has body with passages for delivery of liquid to spraying heads, cover with passage for feeding liquid to device and spraying heads. Device is provided with distribution chamber and shaft, and connected to end face of this shaft in distribution chamber is disk and drive unit. Disk has cutout and is installed with possibility for alternated closing of passages which deliver liquid to spraying heads. Drive unit is made in the form of Segner's wheel having its nozzles connected with passage for delivering liquid to device. At actuation of spraying system, liquid enters Segner's wheel, brings shaft to rotation together with disk and fills distribution chamber. When disk cutout coincides with any passage of liquid delivery to spraying heads, water from distribution chamber flows to spraying device via passage. At further rotation of disk, passages are alternately opened and closed, and in result, water is intermittently supplied to spraying heads, and system operates in pulsing mode. Spraying device is reliable in operation, simple in design and economical. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg |
