FIELD: sanitary engineering accessories. SUBSTANCE: the flush tank valve uses a body with an intake conduit and an outlet space, cover, gate in the form of a movable and fixed ceramic plates with off-centre through ports, drive shaft whose one end is connected to the movable plate and the other - to the lever with a float; a lug is provided on the fixed plate around each port which enters the mating groove made in the body and connected to the intake conduit; a pocket is made in the upper part of the float, and a duct is provided in the rod that communicates the float pocket with the valve body outlet space. The valve opens under gravity of the float and lever. Water through the duct of the valve body gets into the tank through the outlet space of branch pipe 1. The float starts rising at a definite level of water in the tank, its pocket being filled with water. The rate of float lifting and the lever rotational speed start decreasing as soon as the port of the fixed plate starts closing. As soon as water in the tank attains the preset level, water starts flowing out of the float pocket through the hole. The rate of motion of the float and level increases, and the windows of the fixed plate get closed. Water stops flowing into the tank. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and durability. 5 dwg |
