SUBSTANCE: the offered machine includes bed 1 on which headstock 2 is mounted with drive spindle 3 provided with clamping chuck, support 4 with cutter 5 for working the side surface of blank, tailstock 6 with back center 7 and drive with cone pulley V-belt transmission and tensioning roller 29. Drive with driving group of cone pulleys 17, 18, 19 of V-belt transmission and tensioning roller are mounted on separate frame 13 hinged to machine bed for turning r relative to vertical axis.
