FIELD: pile applying equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper positioned above grid-type wall, funnel positioned below grid-type wall. Lower opening of funnel is communicated with charging device through pneumatic pipeline. Apparatus is further provided with vibratory drive having tie-rod, inlet for supplying gas under pressure and reservoir mounted below hopper and hermetically connected with it. Gas supply inlet is mounted on reservoir. Vibratory drive, grid-type wall and funnel are positioned within reservoir. Lower part of funnel is extending through reservoir bottom. Hermetically sealed hopper has cover positioned in charging part. Vibratory drive is mechanically connected with grid-type wall mounted for displacement in horizontal plane. Frequency of vibratory drive is regulated by device having variable frequency generator electrically connected with vibratory drive, which is provided with two electromagnetic tie-rods positioned in symmetry with interchangeable grid. EFFECT: increased efficiency by minimum gas flow rate and improved quality of pile cover. |
