FIELD: punching presses. SUBSTANCE: press contains clamp and twin hydraulic cylinder on whose rod punch is secured. Clamp is fitted with stop whose planes directed to rail are made at definite angle. Hydraulic cylinder body is received by central bore of clamp on one side; die with calibrated orifice is received on other side. Received by vertical bore of clamp is support fixing the coordinate of axis of hole to be punched from head of rail. Punch is made in form of ring with relief angle and hock angle; circular line of cutting is divided into "n" cutting edges relieved by lateral surfaces. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
