FIELD: handling aggressive media; hydrothermal growing of crystals. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, lining and shut-off unit. Lining is made in form of corrosion-resistant sleeve. Coefficient of linear expansion of corrosion-resistant material of sleeve exceeds that of material of housing. End surface of insert neck is engageable with sealing member of lock (shutter). Sealing surfaces of shut-off unit are additionally pressed due to elongation of insert relative to housing which occurs in heating (due to different coefficients of linear expansion), thus enhancing tightness of apparatus. If lining is engageable with housing over taper surface at angle of 0.5 to 3 deg, such lining may be easily withdrawn by forcing it through hole available in bottom portion of housing. EFFECT: reuse of shut-off unit. |
